About AW Italian
Who is AW Italian Auto Parts?
AW Italian is a family-owned parts supplier in Eatontown, New Jersey. Arnold Wenzel founded it in 1965 as AW Imported Auto Parts; his daughter Stacey renamed it AW Italian Auto Parts in the late 1990s and runs it today. We supply parts for Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini and Alfa Romeo and ship them worldwide.
Which cars do you have parts for?
Ferrari (from the 1950s classics to current models), Maserati, Lamborghini and Alfa Romeo. The catalogue has about 137,000 parts, from service items such as filters, belts and brake pads to engine, gearbox, body and interior parts.
What is the difference between Original/OEM and AW Approved parts?
Original/OEM parts are supplied by the vehicle manufacturer or by the company that originally made the part for them. AW Approved parts are high-quality aftermarket alternatives, individually vetted and approved by the AW Italian team. Each product page says which type the part is.
Do you rebuild parts?
Yes. We rebuild steering racks, A/C compressors, brake calipers, power steering pumps, starters and alternators, all professionally rebuilt and tested in the United States. Rebuilding is often the best option when a new part is discontinued, has a long lead time or is very expensive. See Rebuilding Services.
Finding the right part
How do I find the right part for my car?
Search by part number or description, browse by make and model, or, for Ferrari, open the exploded parts diagram for your model and click the part you need. Each part page lists the models it appears on and the diagrams it is drawn in.
Do you have parts diagrams?
Yes, for Ferrari: more than 11,000 interactive exploded diagrams covering over 120 models. Each diagram lists every part with its reference number, part number, price and availability. Start at Ferrari parts diagrams.
How can I be sure a part fits my car?
Each part page shows the models the catalogue lists it for. Italian manufacturers often change parts during production, so before you order, call 800-631-5589, text 732-542-5600 or email info@awitalian.com with your model, year and VIN, and our team will confirm the part for your car.
My part number has been superseded. What does that mean?
The manufacturer has replaced the old number with a new one for the same component. The old number’s page tells you which number to order, and the current part’s page lists the older numbers it replaces, so searching for either number finds the right part.
Why does a part say “Contact us for price and availability”?
We have no current price on file for that part. Call 800-631-5589, text 732-542-5600 or email info@awitalian.com and our team will price it and check availability for you.
Why does a part say “Contact us to order”?
The part is priced but too large, heavy or fragile for our online shipping rates. Contact us and we will quote shipping to your address and take the order.
Availability and shipping
How fast do you ship?
Parts on our own shelf ship the same day when you order by 5pm Eastern, Monday to Friday. Parts marked “Ships in 3-6 days” or “Ships in 7-14 days” are brought in for your order; those times are estimates. Standard, expedited and overnight options are shown at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Eatontown, New Jersey. Shipping cost and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout from the weight, size and destination of the order. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees charged by your country are paid by the customer on delivery.
Is my order insured?
Yes. Every order is insured with the carrier for its full value, and the cost is included in the shipping price at checkout.
What is a special-order part?
A part we do not stock and buy in specifically for your order. Special-order parts usually ship in 7 to 14 days and cannot be returned, so please confirm fitment with our team before ordering.
How do I check on my order?
Log in to My Account to see your orders, or contact us at 800-631-5589 or info@awitalian.com.
Returns and warranty
What is your return policy?
You can return a new part within 45 days of the invoice date if it is unaltered, uninstalled and complete (kits and sets must come back whole). Special-order parts, electrical and electronic parts, tools and parts marked non-returnable cannot be returned. Returns need prior approval, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply, and return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details: Shipping and Returns Policy.
What warranty do your parts have?
Parts are covered by their manufacturer’s warranty. In general, a defective part is replaced within 12 months of the invoice date, after the manufacturer inspects it. Wear and tear, misuse and incorrect installation are not covered, and labour is not included.
How do core deposits work?
Where a part carries a core deposit, the deposit is refunded when you send back the old part. The core must be the same part you bought, rebuildable, and returned within 30 days.

Do you offer trade pricing for shops and dealers?
Yes. Workshops, dealers and other businesses can open a business account; once approved, trade prices show automatically when you are logged in.
